We're recruiting on behalf of a major European manufacturing group for a hands-on Interim Programme/Project Manager to lead a Target Operating Model redesign.

Our client operates multiple factories supplying sites across Europe, and is undertaking a major restructuring of its European operating model - moving towards a centralised, cross-jurisdictional structure to simplify entity setup, reduce intercompany complexity, and improve efficiency across the business.

The successful candidate will lead the initial design phase: current-state analysis, identifying the key drivers for change, defining the target operating model, and building the business case and roadmap for implementation.

Experience required:

- Proven experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models,



ideally in a manufacturing/industrial context
- Strong programme/project management skills - hands-on, able to drive progress and navigate a complex, matrixed organisation
- Finance/commercial acumen, particularly around intercompany transactions and transfer pricing
- Fluent English and French
- Comfortable working with cross-jurisdictional legal entity structures and ERP-related change

- Location: Based near Ghent, Belgium - 3 days per week on site
- Duration: Initial phase 6–12 months, with potential to extend into implementation
- Rate: open to discussion for the right candidate
