You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the pharma/biotech industry.

Job Description

- Support logistics planning and forecasting across the patient supply chain
- Act as the primary supply chain contact for treatment sites and commercial teams within a designated region
- Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of patient materials with logistics partners
- Collaborate with warehouses and distribution centres to support seamless patient journeys
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Custody and Chain of Identity requirements across clinical and commercial operations
- Schedule cryopreservation and manufacturing activities to support operational capacity
- Support treatment site certification through training and logistics test runs
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions while driving process improvement
- Participate in the development testing and rollout of new system solutions




- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to improve operational performance
- Manage non conformance activities and support issue resolution

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Junior experience in QA, administration, planning, supply chain, logistics or another operational support role
- First experience within the pharmaceutical industry or another regulated environment is an asset
- Basic understanding of Quality Systems, cGMP or FDA regulations is a plus
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage
- Able to understand and follow processes, systems, technical procedures and regulations within a GMP environment
- Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a integral environment with evolving priorities
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in innovation
- Positive and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback
