Responsibilities

- 1. Undertake the process pipeline design for industrial projects (such as chemical engineering, new energy, batteries, pharmaceuticals, etc.), including pipeline layout research, plan and elevation layout drawings, and Isometrico drawing.
- 2. Pipeline grade definition, wall thickness calculation and support design were carried out in accordance with ASME B31.3, EN 13480 and Spanish UNE standards.
- 3. Organize and manage the database of pipeline materials, and select valves and special parts as well as compile data tables.
- 4. Use the 3D factory design platform to build pipeline models, perform collision checks and coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical and other specialties.
- 5. Prepare technical specifications for pipeline construction to provide technical support for procurement and construction.
- 6. Participate in the review of on-site pipeline pressure testing and purging plans, and handle design changes.

Job Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of local European process pipeline design experience, familiar with relevant international and European standards, and have an understanding of the basic requirements of CE/PED.
- 3. Software: Proficient in using AutoCAD Plant 3D, AVEVA E3D/PDMS or SmartPlant 3D; Those who are proficient in CAESAR II or AutoPIPE for stress analysis are preferred.
- 4. Professional Competence: Capable of understanding and deepening P&ID;, accurately converting it into three-dimensional layout design, and familiar with common metal and non-metal pipe materials.
- 5. Language: English must be used as the working language (for work communication, email exchanges, and material reading). Those with overseas study experience will be given priority.
- 6. Qualities: Pay attention to details, have a strong sense of safety, and be able to adapt to the project pace and phased business trips.
