Job Title – Financial Controller/Project Manager Implementation

Financial Controller

I am looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a client in the food and beverage sector on an interim basis, owning the project to migrate financial matters into a standard cost model. Close co-ordination with other teams and analysis of cost variations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fine-tuning the standard costing methodology for COGS and logistics based on the existing high-level design
- Configure the model in ERP (Odoo): cost elements, bills of material, cost rates, cost updates
- Document the methodology and the new processes for finance and operations
- Train the finance and operations teams on the new model and its monthly use
- Roll out the model into the monthly cycle:



standard vs presente variance analysis (price, usage, volume, mix)
- Support inventory valuation under the new standard costs and reconcile with the accounting view

Skills:

- Strong controlling experience, with production/supply chain/industrial exposure in a physical-product environment (F&B; or FMCG a strong plus)
- Hands-on standard costing experience, BOM-based cost models, price/usage/volume/mix variance analysis
- ERP fluency, advanced Excel and financial modelling
- Immediately operational, works independently
- Fluent English (Dutch or French a major plus)
- Strong stakeholder collaborator across CFO, Business Controller, Operations and Supply Chain
