Our client is delivering a large-scale digital transformation program within a highly regulated environment. The platform consists of dozens of interconnected domain services supporting business-critical processes across multiple business domains.

We are looking for a Medior Functional Analyst who can translate business requirements and complex procedures into clear, structured, and implementable functional specifications. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and architects to ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and structure business requirements
- Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Model business processes and domain behavior
- Define and document API interactions and data flows
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
- Support backlog refinement, testing, and solution validation
- Ensure quality, consistency, and functional clarity throughout delivery lifecycle





Required Skills & Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst and/or Business Analyst
- Strong experience with requirements analysis and functional design
- Ability to write clear and testable specifications
- Experience working with REST APIs and data models
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Dutch + English or French + English (mandatory)

Nice to Have

- Experience in regulated industries
- Domain-driven design knowledge
- Data governance experience
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis approaches
- GDPR and/or NIS2 awareness
