To support our growth, we are currently looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager to join us and support one of our clients.
About the Role
As a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager, you will support technical product teams in their agile way of working, helping them collaborate more effectively, remove delivery obstacles, and continuously improve their processes.
You will work closely with IT, engineering, product and business stakeholders to facilitate agile ceremonies, support backlog management, improve team alignment, and ensure smooth delivery in a technical environment.
This role is adecuado for someone who combines a strong understanding of Scrum and agile delivery with a practical IT background or a solid experience working with software, digital or technical product teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
- Support teams in adopting and improving agile practices in a pragmatic and value-driven way
- Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities,
scope and delivery expectations
- Support backlog refinement, user story clarification and prioritisation
- Identify and remove impediments that may impact team delivery
- Help improve collaboration between IT, engineering, product and business stakeholders
- Track risks, dependencies and blockers, and ensure proper follow-up
- Encourage transparency, continuous improvement and team ownership
- Contribute to reporting, delivery follow-up and stakeholder communication where needed
- Support a structured and collaborative working environment within technical product teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or similar role
- Experience working in IT, software development, digital transformation, product teams or technical/engineering environments
- Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban and agile delivery principles
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
- Ability to work with technical teams and understand IT-related discussions at a functional level
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to create clarity, structure discussions and facilitate decision-making
- Pragmatic,
solution-oriented and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Strong sense of ownership, follow-through and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French
Nice to Have
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, IoT, embedded, HMI or product development environments
- Previous consulting experience
- Technical background in software development, business analysis or functional analysis
- Certifications such as PSM, CSM, SAFe or AgilePM
