For a strategic digital transformation initiative, we are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach one or more Agile squads within a complex multi-team environment.

This role combines Agile leadership, delivery management and stakeholder alignment. You will help teams achieve predictable delivery while strengthening Agile maturity across the programme.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead all Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles
- Drive delivery predictability, quality and team performance
- Structure and govern Jira initiatives, epics and reporting
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums activities
- Ensure continuity and smooth evolution of existing squads
- Identify and resolve delivery risks and impediments





Required Experience

- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience in large-scale Agile environments
- Experience coaching Scrum Masters and Agile teams
- Strong expertise in Scrum of Scrums and scaling practices
- Advanced knowledge of Jira governance and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Autonomous and results-driven approach

Nice to Have

- PSM, CSM or equivalent certifications
- Experience with SAFe
- Jira Advanced Roadmaps / Plans
- Experience with AI-assisted delivery workflows
