Our client is a major international public sector organisation responsible for managing and financing large-scale cooperation, development, and operational programmes across multiple countries. The organisation relies on a complex portfolio of business-critical information systems that support the planning, implementation, monitoring, financial management, and reporting of these programmes.

The IT landscape includes numerous enterprise applications and digital platforms supporting both headquarters and geographically distributed offices. As part of an ongoing digital transformation initiative, the client is replacing legacy operational systems with a modern, integrated platform designed to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting capabilities, process simplification, and long-term scalability.

We are looking for an experienced Information Management & Drupal Specialist to support the design, implementation, and evolution of content, records, archives, and digital preservation solutions within a large international environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise on policies and strategies for content, records, archives, and information management.
- Design, develop, and maintain records and information management systems.




- Define business and technical requirements and produce functional specifications.
- Support system integration and data migration from legacy repositories.
- Implement digital preservation, archiving, security, encryption, and digital signature solutions.
- Define and maintain metadata standards and archival descriptions.
- Contribute to open data, semantic web, and information exchange initiatives.
- Support the implementation and customization of Drupal-based solutions.

Requirements

- Master's degree (EQF Level 7 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of records management, archives, digital preservation, and public access to documents.
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), information management systems, and large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of metadata management, ontology design, semantic web technologies, full-text search, encryption, and digital signatures.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, database management systems, web services, and enterprise integration principles is an asset.
- Experience with Drupal or equivalent document/content management platforms.
