You will contribute to a busy period marked by multiple new equipment implementations, device assembly and packaging projects, and equipment decommissioning and production area revamping initiatives.
This role acts as a bridge between Production, Maintenance, and project teams, with a strong focus on equipment projects, shop floor support, investigations, and continuous improvement.
You will support URS definition, testing strategies, and qualification protocols, manage Change Controls, and drive root cause analysis and CAPA implementation following deviations.
We are looking for someone with a solid manufacturing background, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to work confidently across multiple departments and stakeholders.
The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Process Engineering team and working closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Automation, IT, and external suppliers, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting small-scale industrial projects and assisting Project Managers
- Managing Change Controls and coordinating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
- Acting as the interface between Production, Maintenance, and project teams, gathering and translating production requirements
- Supporting URS definition and review, developing testing strategies and qualification protocols
- Participating in equipment qualification activities and supporting recipe development and production readiness
- Managing deviations and investigations, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating cross-functional problem-solving
- Driving CAPA implementation and facilitating constructive discussions between departments
- Coordinating equipment decommissioning activities and supporting production area reorganization
- Mapping and documenting activities and processes, and clarifying ownership between departments
- Maintaining a strong shop floor presence.
Skills & Qualifications
- You have experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in Process Engineering
- You are familiar with regulated environments, GMP or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
- You are comfortable working across multiple departments and stakeholders, with a strong production and operational mindset
- You are professionally fluent in both French and English
- You have strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and active listening abilities
- You are versátil, adaptable, and demonstrate professional maturity
- You have strong reporting and organizational skills
- Experience with medical devices, packaging, automation or IT, project management, MS Project, or SAP is a plus, as is prior experience as a Production Supervisor, Operational Excellence Engineer, Deviation Expert, or similar manufacturing-facing role.
What We Offer
- A human‑scaled consulting company focused on expertise, partnership, and career development
- Long‑term assignments with leading pharmaceutical players
- Continuous learning through technical coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
- A supportive culture that values autonomy, trust, and impact.
