Join our team in Brussels as a Functional Analyst (5 years of experience) for a one-year project focused on enterprise channels and customer experience. You will bridge business and IT while supporting the delivery of customer-centric, compliant, and reliable digital services. The role requires 50% onsite work. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

- Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders during complex discussions.
- Work with the teams to identify appropriate solutions addressing business needs.
- Define functional requirements and propose feasible solutions by assessing their advantages and disadvantages.
- Design detailed functional solutions aligned with the target architecture.
- Ensure a shared understanding of functional solutions across the delivery team.
- Provide developers and testers with functional guidance and clarification throughout the delivery lifecycle.




- Challenge existing ways of working and promote best practices.
- Contribute to improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Must-Have Requirements

- You have practical knowledge and experience with APIs.
- You have practical knowledge and experience with Java-based distributed applications.
- You have practical knowledge and experience with Mainframe programs.
- You have practical knowledge and experience with SQL queries.
- You have practical knowledge and experience with data management.
- You have experience in software testing and testing tools.
- You have strong experience in software lifecycle management.
- You have experience working with Agile and Scrum.
- English proficiency
