Role:Operations Manager (Footwear)

Job Description

Language: Dutch & English, French knowledge is considered an advantage

- Relevant apparel/footwear/fashion industry experience and retail industry is a must
- Look for someone around 8 years of experience
- Full Onsite/hybrid: maximum presence at our offices in Oudenaarde

Education & Experience

- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Management,



Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in an operations or management role.
- You have proven experience with data analysis, KPI management and process optimisation.
- Experience with AI applications and automation projects is considered a strong asset.
- You have experience working with ERP and CRM systems.

Languages

- You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
