Position Overview:

Our client is a leading company in the energy sector, renowned for its expertise in transmission and distribution networks. What you'll do:

The process analyst is responsible for mapping the current business processes (BPMN 2.0) and proposing process improvements in collaboration with all stakeholders. The process analyst works very closely within a team of business analysts, focusing on documenting the processes. The business analyst then works on the specifications to implement the improved process (whether supported by IT tools/systems). We have chosen a specific role as a process analyst to maintain the necessary focus on analysis; naturally, there is smooth collaboration within the team to ensure these tasks align seamlessly.

We are looking for a process analyst to analyze and model our processes in Sparx Enterprise Architect. We use the BPMN 2.0 methodology for this, which needs to be aligned with others. As a process analyst, you will actively contribute to further developing our methodology and coach and support the other business analysts in this regard.

What you bring:





- Modeling the business processes and guiding the business in redesigning their processes.
- Business challenges related to needs and to-be processes.
- Aligning and having the as-is & to-be processes validated, so that they are also supported by the business.
- Harmonizing business processes across the various departments and between client and our German sister company 50Hz
- Contributing to the development of our methodology for modeling our processes.
- Supporting the business in using the new processes during post-implementation.
- Play an active role in the change, including developing training materials and providing training (to end users), in accordance with the existing change management methodology and supported by the change management toolkit.

Key Skills & Capabilities

- Master's degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a process analyst identifying needs and drafting as-is and to-be business processes.
- Good knowledge of English is required (reading, writing). Very good knowledge of Dutch or French is required (speaking, reading and writing), and good knowledge of a second national language is also required (speaking, reading and writing).
- You have strong analytical skills and a sufficiently critical mindset. You dare to challenge.
- Good communication skills,



both spoken and written.
- Work both independently and in a team. You can develop a consensus and convince the various stakeholders.
- A sufficient dose of customer focus and flexibility.
- Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML.
- Experience with the use of EA (Enterprise Architect), Jira & DevOps tools is a plus.
- Experience within the electricity sector offers added value.
