What You'll Do

- Define and maintain the overall test strategy and master test plan
- Analyse business and functional requirements to identify quality risks
- Design functional, integration and end-to-end test scenarios and test cases
- Prepare test data and execute system, integration and regression testing
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple project teams
- Investigate incidents and analyse root causes of defects
- Support defect triage, prioritisation and follow-up
- Validate API integrations and end-to-end transaction flows
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, architects and functional analysts
- Monitor testing progress and provide clear status reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvements in testing and quality assurance practices

What you bring

- 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst in complex IT environments




- Experience defining test strategies and master test plans
- Strong experience in functional, integration and end-to-end testing
- Experience with defect management throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation
- Experience with API testing
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Postman, Swagger or SoapUI is an advantage
