A construction company based in Auderghem is seeking a Freelance Business Analyst to support a CRM migration and digital transformation project. They are moving from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirement
- Analyse and optimise business processes
- Support CRM migration activities
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years' Business Analysis experience
- Proven CRM migration project experience
- Experience in digital transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Salesforce or Dynamics CRM
- Fluent English; French and/or Dutch is advantageous
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
