As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. Product Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful information to customers. Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver exceptional customer support across all channels (Phone, email, chat and social media). Brand Ambassador: Authentically represent the brand and its values in every interaction,



fostering positive customer relationships. Fluency in both Italian and English. Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Fixed-Term 3 months (1 Month of Probation and possibility of extension). Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
