Your Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding support and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

You'll assist customers through different communication channels, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account-related requests and service questions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate complex cases when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay up to date with internal tools, products, and procedures.
- Meet quality standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

- Native or fluent French (C1 level or above).
- Good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers and online applications.




- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.

- Gross Monthly Salary: €1,300 x14 salaries

Working Schedule

- Full-time position.
