Experteer Overview

In this role you support strategic procurement and contract management across international renewable energy projects, bridging Engineering, Development, Construction, Legal and Finance. You will help evaluate technical and commercial aspects, manage tenders, and negotiate key agreements for solar, BESS, substations, and related infrastructure.

The role offers exposure to a global, cross-functional environment and a path to develop procurement and contract leadership within a mission-driven company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Coordinate tender processes for EPC, BOP, BESS, equipment and services contracts
- Review technical specifications and supplier proposals to support evaluations and procurement recommendations
- Negotiate EPC, BOP, BESS, Substation and Ou0026M agreements including risk and commercial condition analysis
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance and internal stakeholders on contract reviews and negotiation strategies
- Monitor procurement milestones and align activities with project objectives
- Develop relationships with strategic suppliers and monitor performance
- Support procurement process improvements and adoption of digital solutions, including AI tools





Responsabilidades

- Bachelor or Master in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy Engineering)
- Around 2+ years of experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities or renewable energy
- Experience in multidisciplinary project environments with technical, commercial and contractual stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess technical docs and commercial aspects
- Exposure to procurement processes, tenders, contracts or EPC projects is valued
- Experience with renewable energy projects or large-scale infrastructure is a plus
- Advanced Excel and strong reporting capabilities
- SAP Ariba experience desirable; Power BI and AI-based tools knowledge a plus
- Professional English; Spanish desirable; Italian a plus
- Commercial mindset, technical curiosity, strong communication, and cross-cultural collaboration
