In this role, you will lead maintenance and reliability efforts at the Alumina Plant in San Ciprián, part of Alcoa's site leadership. You will steer a large maintenance organization to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations while aligning with site objectives.
You will drive and implement maintenance strategies, and champion continuous improvement, safety, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a key leadership role within a global company shaping the future of the industry.

Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum of 5 years leading maintenance operations with large teams in heavy industrial/manufacturing
- Strong experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, asset performance, and continuous improvement
- Proven leadership with ability to influence, engage, and develop teams
- Experience managing budgets and delivering operational results
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
