Freshly graduated Data Science Analyst– Private Debt | AI, Data & Transformation Focus

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional to play a key role in the digital transformation of our Private Debt platform. This role sits at the intersection of business, data, and technology.

We are particularly interested in a curious and proactive early-career graduate who is eager to explore emerging AI capabilities and continuously learn in a fast-evolving environment.

Working closely with K colleagues, the successful candidate will play a hands-on role in supporting and accompanying business teams in their day-to-day use of AI. This includes identifying practical use cases, helping colleagues integrate AI tools into their workflows, promoting best practices, and ensuring that AI initiatives address real business needs and deliver tangible value.

Rather than focusing solely on technical implementation, the role requires the ability to understand operational challenges, engage with stakeholders, and help translate business needs into effective AI-enabled solutions. The candidate will contribute to building an AI-driven culture across the organization by encouraging adoption, sharing knowledge, and supporting teams in leveraging AI to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Scope

- Partner closely with investment, risk, operations, finance, and legal teams to understand their challenges, workflows, and pain points.




- Translate operational needs into clear transformation initiatives and work with technical teams to design the appropriate solutions.
- Ensure that technology serves the business need, rather than implementing tools for their own sake.
- Continuously monitor developments in AI, analytics, and automation technologies and assess their relevance for the Private Debt business.
- Identify, prioritize, and pilot innovative use cases that can enhance investment processes, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across teams.
- Act as an internal advisor on emerging AI capabilities and best practices.
- Support the prioritization and execution of the firm's data and AI transformation roadmap.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in emerging technologies, AI, and business transformation.
- A structured problem-solving mindset with the ability to move from business challenge to actionable solution.
- Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, AI solutions, and process improvement methodologies.

Required Experience

- 0 to 1 year of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative roles, ideally within private debt, asset management, banking, or consulting
- Strong understanding of LLM (Claude, GPT…), alongside solid foundations in machine learning techniques, data architecture and data modeling
- Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems including multi-step reasoning workflows, tool integration, orchestration and human-in-the-loop approaches
- Knowledge of BI and data visualization tools (Power BI) and Cloud environments (Azure, Snowflake)
