Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The consultant will work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective D365 processes and solutions

Core Responsibilities:

- Analyse business requirements
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 modules
- Lead workshops with business users
- Map current processes and design improved workflows
- Work with technical teams on integrations and customisations

Qualifications needed:

- 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong knowledge of relevant modules:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 F&O;
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Proven project experience in D365 configuration and implementation
- Experience in training and integration for workforce
