For a major digital transformation program within a highly regulated Belgian sector, we are looking for a Medior Scrum Master to support the delivery of innovative digital services across multiple Agile teams.

You will join an established Agile environment where collaboration, delivery focus, and continuous improvement are key. Working closely with Product Owners, analysts, architects, and developers, you will help ensure predictable delivery and foster strong Agile practices within your squad.

Your Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile events
- Remove impediments and help the team maintain focus
- Monitor delivery flow, velocity and team progress
- Support the continuous improvement of Agile ways of working
- Maintain Jira boards, sprints and reporting dashboards
- Coordinate dependencies through Scrum of Scrums meetings




- Promote collaboration between business and technical stakeholders

Required Experience

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software delivery environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience facilitating a development team end-to-end
- Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Autonomous, proactive and delivery-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

- PSM, CSM or similar Agile certification
- Experience with SAFe environments
- Knowledge of Jira Advanced Roadmaps
- Exposure to AI-assisted delivery practices
