Experteer Overview
In this role, you design and automate QA workflows to quantify quality across AI projects.

You will help build and refine labeling interfaces (Label Studio), write clear annotation guidelines, and coordinate freelance annotators to keep projects on track.

You’ll analyze data to report on project health and participate in AI system quality programs.

The role sits within a global, results-driven team that values impact at scale and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, automate, and run QA workflows with dashboards and metrics
• Support labeling interfaces in Label Studio: configure projects, refine layouts, speed up annotation
• Write and maintain annotation guidelines and project docs
• Source, onboard, and coordinate freelance annotators with the AI Annotations Lead
• Translate annotation outputs into simple summaries for leaders or stakeholders




• Support data analysis and reporting to track project health and quality
• Participate in designing programs to validate AI system quality

Responsabilidades
• Comfort with data: build spreadsheet models, compute quality metrics, and use Python/pandas to automate checks
• Strong written communication and structured thinking for guidelines
• Proven ability to coordinate people or projects to deadlines
• Self-directed and able to own an area with independence
• Fluent English and working proficiency in Italian, Portuguese or Polish
