In this role, you drive enterprise-wide medical, patient-related, and Ru0026amp;D policy development and governance at Novartis.

You will shape policy for scientific communications in an AI-enabled landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, responsible, and credible access to evidence.

You lead global initiatives, establish guardrails, and manage risks to patients and the company’s reputation.

Responsabilidades
• Advanced degree in a scientific discipline
• Significant pharmaceutical or public health industry experience
• Deep understanding of medical policy, international guidelines and regulations, with strong business acumen
• Experience influencing senior leaders across complex global organizations
• Proven ability to lead matrix teams and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills translating external insights into strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience managing change, governance, compliance, and risk
