Experteer Overview
In this role you shape end-to-end product data processes and governance, collaborating with business and IT partners to drive data quality and adoption.

You will harmonize processes across regions, support testing and enablement activities, and document improvements.

The position sits within the Product Data Tools u0026amp; Digital Enablement team, contributing to a scalable, data-driven product data ecosystem that supports digital transformation.

• Define and improve end-to-end product data processes and use cases
• Translate requirements into process definitions, specs, and implementation requirements
• Drive governance, harmonization, and adoption across functions and regions
• Collaborate with Product Owners, PMs, Technical Experts, IT, and stakeholders for implementation
• Define test scenarios, plans, and cases; support functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Document processes, best practices, testing outcomes, and improvement opportunities
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge documentation
• Plan and deliver user training and enablement activities




• Support continuous improvement of product data tools and adoption across the organization

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields or equivalent qualification
• Experience in product data, process management, digital tools, ERP, PLM, MDM, or similar environments
• Strong understanding of product data lifecycles and cross-system interactions (ERP, PLM)
• Experience translating requirements into process definitions and functional specs
• Experience supporting functional, integration, and UAT testing
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev

Ops
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in international/cross-functional environments
• Experience with SAP, Windchill, Stibo STEP or similar platforms is an advantage
• Experience creating training materials and user enablement is an advantage
• Fluent in English
