As Project Engineering Manager, you will lead engineering and project management for an underground mining and processing plant expansion.

You will shape project scope, design, schedules and budgets while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure feasible, world-class delivery.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, cost optimization and standardized practices across capital projects.

This role offers the chance to influence large-scale mining programs and contribute to sustainable energy and resources development.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Metallurgical Engineering
• Expertise in process optimization, capacity upgrades and debottlenecking; heap leach experience advantageous
• Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets u003e $250 million from PFS to completion
• Strong background in process flowsheet development, feasibility studies, regulatory compliance, budget control and resource optimization
• Experience in full lifecycle EPCM delivery with contractors, site construction and commissioning
• Strong commercial, contract and change management experience
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software (AutoCAD)
