Hell Yeah! is a brand new but already award-winning indie studio with new games in active development. We are preparing to self-publish at least one title this year. We are looking for a visionary Marketer to join us as a Co-Founder to lead our commercial strategy, build our player community, and drive our games to the top of the charts.

Your Mission

You will own the entire "outside-the-game" experience. From the first tweet to the final Steam launch, you are responsible for making sure the world knows our name. You will be helping shape product decisions based on market data and player feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Top-level marketing strategy

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute the launch plans for our upcoming titles.

Community Building: Build and lead our Discord, Reddit, and social media presence from the ground up.

Asset Management: Oversee high-impact trailers, storefront pages (Steam/Epic), and press kits.

Data-Driven Growth: Use analytics and player testing to optimise our "marketing hooks" and increase wishlists.

PR & Partnerships: Manage relationships with gaming press,



influencers, and platform holders

Who You Are

You are a gamer (PC/console).

You have experience in building communication strategy and positioning for games.

You have deep expertise in marketing strategy but are willing to wear multiple hats—business dev, light PR, or even helping with UI/UX feedback.

You understand that indie marketing isn't about massive budgets;
it's about authenticity, community engagement, and creative visibility.

You are looking for a high-upside opportunity and are motivated by building long-term value rather than a monthly paycheck.

Compensation & Perks

Founding Equity: A significant ownership stake in Hell Yeah! (subject to a standard vesting schedule).

Profit Sharing: Direct percentage share of revenue from all games released under your leadership.

Creative Influence: As a co-founder, you have a seat at the table for all major studio and game design decisions.
