Experteer Overview
As Group CFO at Satispay, you will shape the international financial roadmap from Milan, leading capital allocation and consolidated finance.
You’ll direct FPu0026amp;A, reporting, investor relations, and governance across entities including the Luxembourg subsidiary, partnering with the CEO and the Board.
You’ll drive Mu0026amp;A, fundraising, and capital markets readiness to enable growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role at a fast-growing fintech on a mission to simplify money for millions of users.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy and capital allocation priorities
• Lead corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, Mu0026A, due diligence, and valuation
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and governance across all entities
• Head FPu0026A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all business units
• Ensure alignment between strategic planning, operations,
and financial performance
• Oversee regulatory and governance matters for the Luxembourg banking subsidiary in collaboration with local leadership
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in progressive financial leadership roles
• At least 3 years as Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO in fintech/scale-up environments
• Experience with capital markets, investor relations, and IPO/SPAC readiness
• Regulated financial environment experience (banking/payments/fintech/e-money)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; CPA/CFA desirable
• English professional proficiency; Italian a plus
