Experteer Overview
In this role you will design AI-powered solutions and automations to boost development team productivity.

You’ll build agents and tooling that touch development, testing, and documentation, helping the team work faster and more efficiently.

You’ll integrate AI assistants with internal systems via APIs and MCP, and promote a framework for AI-enabled, specification-driven development across the team.

Ops teams to integrate capabilities into workflows
• Evaluate new technologies and tools related to AI Engineering and Developer Experience
• Document tools, processes and good practices, defining a framework for the development team
