What You'll Do

- Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
- Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
- Interview, hire, train, and coach staff as necessary.
- Provide day‑to‑day coaching and direction to ensure staff performance standards are met.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
- Assist with development and implementation of action plans to address store sales, goals, safety, training, and personnel development.

Qualifications

- No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position or specialization.
- Skill operating a point‑of‑sale (POS) system, other in‑store computerized systems, and telephone.
- Ability to use judgment to identify and resolve day‑to‑day technical and operational problems.
- Effective communication skills; able to exchange ideas and information with the store leadership team, associates, and consumers.

Job Conditions

Frequent active environment requiring continuous movement and handling of items up to 40lbs. May require specialized equipment, exposure to dust and noise, and occasional work in specific areas.



Availability to work a versátil retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location‑specific business trends or forecasts. All local, state, and federal laws are adhered to when evaluating availability.

Compensation

Expected Pay: €21,980 – €28,000. Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including job competitiveness within the market, a candidate’s capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity. The expected pay listed on this job posting reflects the gross expected pay for full‑time positions.
