Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive client impact as part of BCG Vantage within the Operations Practice, embedding with case teams to apply maintenance expertise and leverage proprietary assets.

You will travel to client locations, design tailored solutions, and support commercialization and IP development for the Maintenance topic.

You will mentor junior colleagues and help expand the topic’s knowledge tools and digital offerings.

This role blends hands-on problem solving with go-to-market activities to deliver measurable asset performance improvements.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deliver hands-on client impact during case staffing, onsite when needed, addressing maintenance challenges (e.g., strategy, reliability-centered maintenance, asset management, preventive/predictive maintenance)
• Build and codify Maintenance knowledge assets, frameworks, and IP to support case teams and practice




• Support the Maintenance topic’s go-to-market efforts in collaboration with Operations leadership
• Contribute to developing intellectual property and digital tools for Maintenance
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues in area/topic expertise

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of consulting experience in Maintenance, Operations, or related industrial/asset-intensive field; or 4+ years of relevant industry experience if no consulting background
• Bachelor’s Degree; advanced degree preferred (Engineering or related field)
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities with analytical rigor
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills for global collaboration
• Deep expertise in Maintenance, Asset Management, Reliability, or related domains
