As a Business Architect for Quote to Cash, you will design and govern end-to-end Q2C solutions, driving automation and AI-enabled experiences.

You will bridge IT and business leaders to align roadmaps with integral strategy and support digital transformation.

You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams around quoting, billing, commissions, and AI-driven journeys.

This role offers impact at scale across regions as part of a global Q2C IT function.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and own the Quote to Cash roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Design end-to-end Q2C processes with global standardization and drive simplification and automation
• Lead functional and architectural SME sessions across Q2C modules and govern releases
• Drive adoption of AI across Q2C modules and design AI-driven workflows
• Partner with Q2C leadership, COEs, Operations, IT, and global business teams as trusted advisor
• Lead end-to-end Q2C programs including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and global rollouts




• Enable change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Exceptional communication and ability to present architectural solutions
• Proven stakeholder facilitation and leadership across cross-functional teams
• Strong business and solution analysis with strategic alignment
• Experience in decision support, prioritization, and executive decision-making
• Deep Q2C expertise across quoting, pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and commissions
• Sales commissions domain expertise including plan design, quota management, and payouts
• Hands-on implementation experience of enterprise solutions
• Forma.ai experience (highly preferred)
• Zuora Billing experience preferred
• Technical aptitude for light development and troubleshooting
• AI u0026 Agentic AI proficiency in enterprise contexts
