As an AI Data Engineer at Kyndryl, you will architect high-performance data infrastructure for autonomous systems, focusing on real-time pipelines and RAG-enabled reasoning over complex enterprise environments.

You will enable scalable vector and knowledge-graph solutions, while ensuring data quality, safety, and production readiness.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and AI, offering an opportunity to shape how enterprise AI operates at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design and scale Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines transforming unstructured logs/docs into optimized vector embeddings
• Maintain health and performance of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) for sub-second retrievals
• Build semantic layers and knowledge graphs to provide context for AI agents
• Automate data guardrails to detect noise, bias, or PII before model ingestion
• Bridge raw data sources with AI work,

• Develop, deploy, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data infrastructure to keep context windows fresh and reliable

Responsabilidades
• Expertise in data mining, data storage and ETL processes
• Experience in data pipelines development and tooling (Glue, Databricks, Synapse, Dataproc)
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DB2, MongoDB)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
