As a Modern Workplace, Collaboration u0026amp; Knowledge Management Specialist, you help clients build secure, governed digital workplaces across Microsoft 365.

You design and optimize solutions that boost productivity, adoption, and knowledge sharing while strengthening governance.

You bridge business and technology to deliver scalable, well-governed workplace solutions and drive continuous improvement.

This role centers on enabling operational excellence through endpoint management, collaboration tools, and knowledge management within the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will work with cross-functional teams to transform how employees collaborate and manage information, delivering measurable value.

• Design, implement, and manage Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management




• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, Share

Point Online, One

Drive for Business, and Exchange Online
• Design and govern Knowledge Management frameworks (repositories, taxonomies, metadata, content lifecycle, retention, publishing)
• Integrate knowledge repositories with ITSM, runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and service transition activities
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and information protection in regulated environments
• Support user adoption, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize business value and efficiency
