Experteer Overview
As Tech Lead, you will guide technical development for Connect One within SET Iberia, enabling multi-country B2B access to services.

You join a new IT squad to drive new features, improvements, and maintenance of Connect One.

You’ll work across architecture-aligned analysis, testing, and production support, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

This role offers scale, international scope, and a chance to shape core platform capabilities that connect BNP Paribas Personal Finance entities globally.

• Perform technical tests and ensure quality

Responsabilidades




• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar functions
• Backend development with Java 17 and Spring framework (Spring Boot)
• Hibernate/JPA, REST services, microservices orientation
• Experience with Junit and Mockito for testing
• Database experience with Liquibase, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Git/Git

Lab for version control
• Basic knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures
• Containerization and cloud basics (Docker, Kubernetes, IBM Cloud)
• English level B2 or higher; French a plus
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and independent work ethic
• Experience with AGILE methodology
