Experteer Overview
In this role you will operate and evolve Sartorius’s global Microsoft Teams Voice infrastructure, focusing on high availability, security, and call quality.

You will work with cross-functional teams to address complex telephony challenges across regions and implement modern cloud-based telephony features.

The role combines hands-on administration with evaluating new technologies to enhance the voice ecosystem.

You will contribute to scalable, secure voice operations in a global, hybrid work setting.

• Operate and enhance the global Microsoft Teams Voice infrastructure (Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Direct Routing, Operator Connect)
• Ensure high-quality end-user experience, performance and stability of voice solutions
• Manage SIP trunking and coordinate with telecom carriers across EMEA, AMER and APAC
• Support voice security controls, QoS measures and compliance requirements
• Automate routine tasks with Power

Shell scripting
• Troubleshoot complex telephony issues on Apple endpoints and mobile devices as 3rd level support
• Collaborate with workplace services, security teams and end users to align voice solutions




• Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices in the Teams Voice ecosystem
• Document configurations, processes and platform standards for transparency and scalability

Responsabilidades
• Several years of professional experience with Microsoft Teams Voice architecture and telephony systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of SIP, VoIP protocols and SBC configurations
• Proficiency in voice networking troubleshooting and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Active Directory
• Experience with Power

Shell scripting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer (MS-720), CISSP, CISM
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel occasionally
