In this role, you will safeguard data accuracy within the DQM framework, owning the control environment for security master and related data.

You will partner with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions and drive governance, risk controls, and remediation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and strengthen the DQM control environment ensuring data accuracy and timely maintenance of Security Master data, pricing, and SSIs
• Lead complex data quality investigations, root-cause analysis, and remediation with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Front Office, IT, Audit, Compliance to deliver data solutions aligned with regulatory and business priorities
• Manage data quality control frameworks including KRI/KPI monitoring and recertifications to improve governance and audit readiness
• Drive continuous improvement across Run the Bank and Change the Bank through automation and platform enhancements
• Oversee security setup lifecycle and assess data impacts across systems to mitigate issues before they affect clients
• Identify AI/automation opportunities with Smart Middle Office to reduce manual intervention and increase transparency




• Translate operational pain points into practical automation or AI use cases in partnership with Technology
• Work across multiple asset classes, coordinating with Front Office, Operations, and external data vendors to remediate issues
• Bridge operational expertise with technology and AI teams to deliver controlled, scalable solutions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years in financial services with strong Reference Data and Data Quality Management expertise
• Deep understanding of Security Master data, market pricing, and the data lifecycle from trade to settlement
• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg, LSEG (Refinitiv), or ICE
• Solid knowledge of financial instruments across asset classes and their analytics impact
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis and drive end-to-end remediation with minimal oversight
• Experience in a global, matrix environment with strong stakeholder influence
• Auditable mindset with solid risk, controls, and data governance understanding
• Experience with AI, automation, and data analytics concepts in operations
• Experience with process automation, workflow design, and data tooling (Python, SQL, Power Automate) would be beneficial
