In this role you will lead and grow software engineering teams delivering cloud services that support Ring’s critical features. You will align product strategy with engineering execution, driving quality, performance, and security at scale. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to define requirements, design technical solutions, and evangelize AI usage within the team. The position emphasizes autonomous leadership, measurable impact, and building a high-performing organization that delivers reliable, customer-focused experiences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Communicate with users, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements and shape product strategy
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage software engineers to improve skills and effectiveness
• Apply engineering practices across the full software/hardware/networks lifecycle including code reviews, source control, builds,



testing, certification, and live-site operations
• Lead teams with efficient processes and promote AI usage within the team
• Own design, development, and delivery of multiple cloud services within Ring’s ecosystem
• Set a high operational bar, drive availability and scalability, and hire/develop engineers to deliver customer-delighting features
• Define team vision and goals and manage delivery across xqbhyrx short, medium, and long-term plans
