In this role you will drive the digital transformation of how scientific evidence is generated, managed, and communicated to the global medical community. You will lead end-to-end analysis workstreams within Medical Affairs, translating complex requirements into implementable solutions. You will align technical strategy with product goals and act as SME bridging business and technical teams. You will collaborate across functions and sites, mentor peers, and contribute to innovation in medical data practices. This position offers the chance to shape how evidence informs strategy and improves patient access to medicines at Roche.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Business Analysis or consultancy experience
• at least 3+ years within life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
• end-to-end BA workstream management experience
• strong BA proficiency in elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change management
• data modeling, ETL, data visualization, relational and non-relational data knowledge
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
