In this role you will lead the SAP BI platform evolution and operational excellence to enable informed decision-making across the group. You will drive end-to-end BI design, standardization of reporting, and scalable analytics, coordinating global delivery teams to align BI with enterprise strategy. You’ll tackle data modeling, integration, and performance challenges while ensuring robust controls and quality. This is a business-critical function that shapes reliable, trusted insights for executives and stakeholders, within a hospitality-focused, cross-functional environment.

• Operate and ensure stability, performance, and availability of the SAP BW platform
• Coordinate BI enhancements, fixes, and releases per priorities and SLAs
• Ensure on-time delivery of BI solutions within scope and quality standards
• Design and build BI solutions including data models and data flows
• Review designs with architects and developers to apply best practices
• Standardize financial, commercial, and operational reporting across areas
• Maintain and improve SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP Analytics Cloud environments
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and housekeeping activities
• Guide BI developers and analysts across multiple locations; oversee progress and daily support




• Monitor data quality and consistency across SAP and non-SAP sources; support audits and controls

Responsabilidades
• SAP BW/4HANA modelling, data loading, and performance
• SAP HANA calculation views and SQL
• SAP Analytics Cloud (stories, dashboards, planning)
• SAP BPC (advantage)
• SAP BW Queries and SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, Design Studio)
• Power BI data integration and databases
• Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle; complex ETL and integration scenarios
• ABAP (AMDP procedures, field routines) and scripting (FOX, SQL); JavaScript/Java
• BW/4HANA implementation or migration project (full cycle)
• BW data modeling objects (ADSOs, CompositeProviders, Open ODS Views, InfoObjects)
• ODP-based extraction, DTPs, transformations, process xqbhyrx chain design/monitoring
• BI integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA
• stakeholder collaboration and translating requirements into technical solutions
• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
• Fluent English; Spanish advantageous
• SAP BI / Analytics certifications (e.g., SAP BW, SAC, BusinessObjects)
• ITIL or similar service management frameworks
