In this role you enable end-to-end learning experiences for healthcare professionals, shaping how Straumann innovations are taught and adopted. You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to implement and optimize course and demo materials globally, partnering with product, education, supply chain, and external partners. You will drive cost-effective, scalable education programs that improve patient care outcomes and support global adoption of Straumann solutions. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead end-to-end implementation of new course and demo materials concepts with internal and external partners
• Oversee lean management of the materials portfolio across regions and third-party education partners
• Drive strategic cost optimization initiatives for materials in collaboration with finance, procurement, and supply chain
• Coordinate with General education, product management,



events, and internal service departments to ensure material development and delivery
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and hands-on exercise kit implementation
• Promote standardization and adoption of alternatives to animal/cadaver models
• Manage materials inventory and logistics in collaboration with warehousing and transportation teams

Responsabilidades
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in related field
• 5+ years in dentistry xqbhyrx space within international medical device or healthcare organizations
• Proven track record in cost optimization, lean management, and operational transformation
• Experience in global matrix organizations and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Knowledge of dental implantology and digital clinical workflows is a plus
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous
