In this role you help enable safe, scalable AI deployment across Agilent by embedding responsible AI practices into development workflows. You will design risk-based governance, evaluation, and compliance controls to ensure audit readiness and regulatory alignment. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate legal, quality, and security requirements into actionable guardrails and observable metrics. You will help accelerate deployment through verifiable evaluation gates and production observability, while maintaining a culture of curiosity and lifelong learning.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and operationalize responsible AI governance frameworks and evaluation methodologies
• Conduct AI risk, bias, privacy, and compliance assessments and define audit-ready controls
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, legal, quality,



and compliance to embed responsible AI
• Ensure architecture supports audit and policy through eval suites, observability, and regression gates
• Develop policies, standards, and training to promote ethical AI awareness and continuous improvement of deployment practices

Responsabilidades
• Experience building or operating ML/LLM evaluation infrastructure in production
• Regulated computerized systems knowledge; xqbhyrx GxP/Part 11 or equivalent validation preferred
• Strong ability to translate between engineers and compliance officers
• Curiosity about AI and its pitfalls; willingness to learn continuously
• Excellent communication and influence skills
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent; post-graduate certification/license may be required
• Typically 10+ years relevant experience for this level
