In this role you will lead Preply’s Mu0026amp;A agenda, shaping growth through acquisitions from strategy through close. You’ll build the deal pipeline, partner with Finance, Legal and Product, and orchestrate end-to-end due diligence and integration. Your work will influence the company’s integral expansion and product/world impact at scale. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership opportunity in a fast-growing, unicorn-backed tech education company.

• Define Mu0026A strategy and investment thesis aligned with growth priorities
• Build and manage acquisition pipeline from screening to close
• Lead financial modelling (DCF, accretion/dilution, LBO) and Pu0026L impact analysis
• Conduct end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and operational areas
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Finance, Legal, Product, HR)

• Prepare board-ready strategic recommendations and executive presentations on opportunities

Responsabilidades
• 7–10 years of Mu0026A experience with ownership of deal execution
• Expert-level Excel and financial modelling skills; capable of defending all assumptions
• Proven track record of end-to-end acquisitions; post-merger integration a plus
• Strong Pu0026L literacy and ability to operate xqbhyrx in ambiguity and fast-moving contexts
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to translate analyses into executive narratives
• Ideally experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech
• Unknown education requirement
