Ocean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the oversight and delivery of long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will ensure commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and strategic alignment with the company's objectives.
Act as the principal point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters related to O&M; agreements.
- Lead the preparation and management of budgets, service proposals, and contract variations, with regular reporting on commercial performance and KPIs.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximising contract value and delivering year-on-year performance gains.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the O&M; and Asset Management function, including process optimisation, excellence programmes, and the implementation of asset management systems.
Degree qualified in a contract, commercial, or business management discipline; Ocean Winds is a general organisation with a diverse, international team. English is the primary working language, and candidates must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Proven experience managing complex contracts within a contractor environment, across multiple contract forms.
