In this role you partner with the Portfolio Director to drive financial performance across the Engagement cluster (Sales u0026amp; Marketing products) spanning multiple European markets. You will act as a trusted adviser to guide strategic decisions, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and support acquisitions and integration from a finance perspective. You contribute to cross-country operations, ensuring compliant reporting and robust financial planning. This is a high-impact, leadership finance role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Provide strategic financial insights to the Portfolio Director and challenge assumptions to drive commercial decisions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning for the Engagement cluster
• Analyse financial performance with local leads to identify trends and opportunities
• Drive efficiency and margin improvement initiatives across multiple markets
• Ensure month-end/year-end reporting accuracy and support Group consolidation




• Ensure compliance with group policies, local GAAP/IFRS, and reporting requirements
• Partner with Group Finance on consolidation and reporting and support board-ready positions
• Guide acquisitions: review business plans, harmonise accounting policies, and support integration and training of local teams

Responsabilidades
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Significant business partnering experience in multi-country environments
• Strong commercial xqbhyrx acumen and strategic thinking
• Experience managing complex financial models and forecasts
• Proven track record with senior leadership teams
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency operations
