In this role you design, produce and mix sound for advertising campaigns across TV, digital, social, radio and podcasts, while shaping AI-enabled audio workflows. You will collaborate with editors and creatives to ensure sound supports storytelling and brand impact. The position sits in Publicis Production Madrid, contributing to high-quality, cross-format audio delivery. You’ll help drive innovative audio practices and integrate AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Sound design and production for advertising projects (TV, digital, social media, branded content, radio, and podcasts)
• Audio editing, mixing, and mastering for audiovisual post-production projects
• Creation of soundscapes, sound effects, and voice processing
• Adaptation of audio for different formats, platforms, and markets
• Technical management of voice recording and voice-over sessions
• Collaboration with editors, directors, and creative teams to ensure consistency between visuals and sound




• Active participation in the integration of AI-powered audio tools within the studio's workflows
• Ensuring high-quality standards across all deliverables

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of experience in sound design and mixing
• Advanced proficiency in Pro Tools and audiovisual post-production workflows
• Strong experience in mixing, mastering, voice editing, and creating sound effects/soundscapes for advertising
• Knowledge of AI applied to audio and familiarity with AI-based tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Adobe xqbhyrx Podcast/Enhance, Respeecher) and integration into production workflows
• Strong creative sensibility and sound judgment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
