In this role you will embed strategic thinking into every creative engagement, shaping high‑quality communication strategies and innovative offerings. You’ll lead a strategic planning team, connect research insights with creative outputs, and ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand reputation. The position opens opportunities to define KPIs, measure impact, and drive the agency’s strategic evolution in Europe and beyond. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, data‑driven, high‑quality campaigns.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in advertising/communication xqbhyrx strategy with proven team management
• Extensive experience across the marketing funnel and channels
• Strong written and verbal English (other EU languages a plus)
• Proven track record in strategic planning and creative effectiveness
• Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
• Analytical, creative, and forward‑thinking mindset
• Ability to set objectives, KPIs, and assess risks and challenges
