In this role you will lead the financial foundation of a new luxury hotel opening in Seville, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with key stakeholders. You will steer budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for a pre-opening period, ensuring GOP targets and compliant reporting. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on management of accounting systems and audits. This is a unique opportunity to shape a landmark project within a globally recognized luxury brand.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee financial operations and governance for the property
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives to achieve GOP targets
• Manage statutory reporting, external audits, taxation, and compliance with local regulations
• Oversee self-accounting processes and hotel financial systems implementation
• Drive financial planning for pre-opening phases and establish core financial controls
• Collaborate with General Manager and stakeholders to set operational and cultural foundations




• Monitor ERP platforms and ensure system integrity (e.g., SAP/Oracle/Sun Systems)
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to the finance team and cross-functional partners
• Support pre-opening activities including feasibility analyses and financial risk assessment

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Director of Finance in luxury or upscale hotels
• Experience in self-accounting hotels is essential
• Experience in independent, franchised, or brand-owned hotel environments preferred
• Strong xqbhyrx knowledge of statutory reporting, external audits, taxation and local accounting regulations
• Proven ability to manage costs below GOP and hotel profitability
• Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership and team management
• Experience in hotel pre-openings is highly desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel financial systems
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sun Systems or similar ERP platforms advantageous
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish (written and spoken)
