The Spanish facility is designed as the first net‑zero industrial park gigafactory in the country, aligning with AESC’s mission to pioneer sustainable battery manufacturing.Role PurposeAs aCost & Contract Manager, you will lead the commercial and contractual management of major construction packages, ensuring contractual compliance, minimizing commercial risks, and maximizing project value throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires solid experience in large-scale industrial projects and a deep understanding of cost estimation, control, and monitoring for civil works and MEP disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial and contractual management of major construction and EPC contracts.Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Evaluate, negotiate and manage change orders, variations and claims.Support tendering activities, bid evaluations and contract negotiations.Monitor contractor performance from a commercial perspective.Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial llaborate with Project Controls and Cost teams to monitor budgets and forecast commercial impacts.Prepare commercial reports and recommendations for project leadership.Liaise with Legal,



Procurement and external stakeholders on contractual matters.Support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.Support on the implementation of the full‑cycle dynamic cost management for infrastructure projects, including regular cost statistics, risk monitoring and early warning.Establish and maintain the company’s engineering cost database to support project cost benchmarking.Supervise the on‑site implementation of project budgets, participate in overall project cost control, and ensure effective delivery of project target cost indicators.Assist in coordinating daily cost management work of company infrastructure projects, and optimize and sort out relevant business processes.Led by a diverse and experienced management team,AESC employs more than 14,000 professionals worldwide.
