Product Designer – ShakersShakers is looking for a Product Designer to take our Product team to the next level. The role requires experience in product design, communication, storytelling, and the ability to balance analysis and execution. The designer will own design for platforms, run user tests, co‑create with the Product Trio, maintain the Design System, hand off designs, and integrate AI tools strategically.ResponsibilitiesDesign user experiences on the Shakers platform for clients and freelancers, primarily using n user tests and iterate based on real user ‑create with the Product Trio (PM, Designer, Dev) from discovery through launch.Maintain and improve the Design System in partnership with developers.Prepare structured hand‑offs, onboard new features, and ensure design specs are met.Integrate AI tools (e.G., Claude) into design, prototyping, and exploration workflows.QualificationsExperience designing in fast‑changing product environments, especially in startups.Strong UI, UX, and strategic design skills;




ability to build functional interfaces and validate ideas with users.Critical thinker who can defend design decisions and challenge ideas.Ability to combine analysis and execution;
familiarity with data tools such as Amplitude or Clarity is a plus.Autonomous, resolute, and team‑oriented with a willingness to share fortable communicating with both freelancers and clients;
