You will oversee daily reservation operations, optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities, and ensure every reservation reflects the personalized service that defines Nômade.You will work closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and F&B; teams to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.What you will do:Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations departmentLead, coach, and develop the Reservations teamEnsure accurate and efficient management of all reservations across hotel outletsMonitor room availability, booking trends, and reservation performanceMaximize occupancy and revenue opportunities through effective inventory managementHandle VIP bookings, special requests, and guest inquiries with professionalismCoordinate closely with Front Office, Revenue, Sales,
